Good realtors are hard to find. We usually take what is given to us and hope for the best. I have found my realtor, Michael Matt to be both invaluable and impressive. I decided to sell my condo, as my renter decided to vacate the unit due to the pandemic. I was living in BC and did not want to attempt to find another tenant under these circumstances. I contacted Michael after reading his reviews on-line. He took charge of everything for me. He arranged to have someone ready to fix the linoleum, he found someone to help clean up after the tenant left. He managed to price the unit and market it aggressively. He sold it after negotiation with multiple parties for much more than what I told him was my minimum acceptable amount. He suggested a very capable and easy to work with lawyer and we closed the deal approximately one month ago with minimal worries or concern on my part. I recommend Mike to anyone needing the services of a Realtor.

Mike Matt was instrumental in my wife and I buying our first home. He worked hard to make a difficult process and life decision easy. He set us up with a mortgage broker and lawyer, worked with us to figure out what we were looking for in our price range, kept us updated daily, showed us 15+ different houses before we decided on the right one. Once we were prepared to make an offer, he took the reigns and negotiated on our behalf. Mike kept our interests ahead of his own and worked hard on a purchase (opposed to a sale) which is not the case of most real estate agents.
